Activities at Meadow Lane Farm
There is no typical day at Meadow Lane, as a day on the farm can be as active or as relaxed as you wish. Two and one-half private miles of the highly-acclaimed Jackson River, stocked with rainbow trout, wind through the heart of the estate awaiting the fishing guest. The farm is honeycombed with over fifteen miles of hiking and mountain biking trails guiding you through shady forests, to breathtaking vistas, past blackberry patches and through wildflower-filled meadows. To round out your day there is a swimming pool, tennis, canoeing, croquet, wildlife watching, and photographing, as well as enjoying a barnyard menagerie, all up to their usual antics. Of course, simple pleasures like reading in front of a crackling fire, napping under a shade tree, or creative loafing are highly encouraged.
