Arrivals and Departures
Check-in is 3:00 pm.
Check-out is 11:00 am.
You may arrive at your cottage anytime after 3:00 pm . Reference your confirmation letter and map for directions on locating your cottage. The key will be in the door.

Cancellation & Refunds
In the event of cancellation, deposits will be refunded upon 10 or 30 days advanced notice, depending on your reservation. See your reservation confirmation letter or contact the property managers if you have questions.

Children
Children are welcome at Meadow Lane Farm. Children must be supervised at all times.

Fishing Information
We allow catch and release fly-fishing on our property throughout the year.
We allow ultra-light spinning rods using a single, barbless hook to be used during the months of January, February, July, August, September and December ONLY. No live bait permitted.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available. See the property managers for details.

Miscellaneous Information
Linens and basic kitchen utensils, pots and pans, etc. are provided with all of our accommodations. All of our accommodations are air-conditioned.
Inflatable air-mattresses may be available upon request. Please inquire about this at the time you make your reservation. You must supply your own linens for the inflatable mattresses.
All rates are subject to sales tax.

Payment
Personal and travelers checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover all accepted.

Pets and Horses
Dogs are allowed in Katydid Trail Cottage only. We do ask that you not bring your dog to the swimming pool, tennis court or barnyard area. There is a nonrefundable fee of $60 for each pet. Horses are welcome. We have stalls available for $25 per night including bedding and mucking.

Reservations & Deposits
Reservations will be held with receipt of one night’s deposit that may be made with personal check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The deposit obligates both Meadow Lane Farm and the guest for the entire length of the reserved stay.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted on outside porches only. Absolutely no smoking in the barns or barnyard area.

Suggested Items to Bring
Bathing suit, Binoculars, Bug spray, Camera, Charcoal & lighter fluid – for the barbeque pit located at the Swimming Hole or the charcoal grill at your cottage, Fishing gear, Hiking boots or shoes, Jacket or sweater – even the summer evenings can be chilly, Linens for inflatable air mattress, if applicable, Mountain bikes, Pool/river towels – we do not provide these, River shoes, Sunscreen and Tennis shoes and tennis equipment.
