Reservations
Meadow Lane Lodge and Cottages does not have an on-line
booking system available. We please ask that you contact us through
the email listed above and in our "Contact Us" section, by
fax, or by the phone number above.
General Information
 Guests
staying in The Lodge & Swiggle should proceed directly to their room. Room
keys are in the doors. Guests who have reserved a cottage must
stop at the Check-In Shed located on the left side of our driveway. There
you will find your check-in packet. Included in the packet are
directions to your cottage. Cottage keys are in the front door
of each cottage.
Check-in time for all accommodations is
3:00 PM & Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Lodge Cancellation Policy / No Exceptions
Room cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to our check in date or the credit card on file will be charged for 1 night @ the 1 night rate for your reserved room or rooms.
Cottage Cancellation Policy / No Exceptions
Due to the large number of advance reservations, cancellations must be received 10 days prior to your check in date or the credit card on file will be charged 50% of the amount of the reserved stay.
Early Departures from the Lodge or Cottages
Guests are responsible for payment for the entire length of the reserved stay.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome in our cottages, however when staying at the Lodge, children must me at least 8 years old.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available. See the property manager for
details.
Payment
Meadow Lane accepts all major credit cards and a valid credit card is required when making a reservation however you will be given the opportunity, prior to your departure, to make your payment by credit card, check or cash.
Pets and Horses
The Granary and River House are pet friendly (sorry, dogs only). The non-refundable fee is $60/dog, 2 dog limit and dogs are not allowed on the east side of the Jackson River.
You may bring your horse or horses. The fee is $25/horse/night. Please inquire about details.
Making your reservation
A reservation obligates both Meadow Lane and you for the entire length of the reserved stay. Your reservation with us will be confirmed by email (or mail if requested). We do not “hold” rooms or cottages. Unless you have an email from us with a confirmation number you do not have a reservation.
Smoking
Absolutely no smoking in any building on Meadow Lane including the barns and The Deck. Cigarette butts are not biodegradable. Do not throw them on the ground.
Suggested items to bring
Bathing suits, binoculars, bug spray, camera, charcoal & lighter
fluid for the barbeque pit located at the swimming hole & the charcoal
grill at your cottage, fly fishing gear, hiking boots or shoes, jacket
or sweater for our cool summer evenings, mountain bikes, river towels,
river shoes, tennis shoes, tennis equipment, sunscreen and most importantly
if you have allergies or are allergic to bee stings, grass, hay, etc, remember
to bring appropriate medications.
