The cottage features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 covered porches, gas log fireplace, charcoal grill, DirecTV, washer/dryer and AC. There is an overlook with 2 deck chairs located above the river and a picnic table right next to the river. Both are short walk from the cottage. There is 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The cottage features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, small covered front porch, charcoal grill, DirecTV, and AC. Car Barn guests are welcome to use the Meadow Lane laundry room located near the cottage. There is a queen and double bed in each bedroom. The cottage rate is for 1 to 4 guests. Completely renovated in 2008, White Oak Cottage is the second largest of our 6 cottages featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, large covered porch, wood burning fireplace, DirecTV, charcoal grill, ceiling fans in the master bedroom and dining room and a window AC unit centrally located in the cottage. When reserved in combination with Walnut Cottage, there is a 10% discount on the combined amount. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The cottage rate is for 1 to 6 guests. Formally the Inn Keepers cottage, Walnut is tucked in the back of Meadow Lane just past White Oak Cottage. The cottage features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, covered front porch, DirecTV, charcoal grill, free-standing gas stove, laundry room and a centrally located window AC unit. When reserved with White Oak Cottage, there is a 10% discount on the combined amount due. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The cottage rate is for 1 to 5 guests. River House River House is located directly above the Jackson River. The most dramatic feature of River House is the three-sided, wrap around porch with views up and down the river. Sometimes when sitting on the porch an eagle will swoop down right before your eyes. The cottage also features 2 bedrooms, 1 ½ bathrooms, sitting room, living room with wood burning fireplace, kitchen, large dining area, washer/dryer, DirecTV, charcoal grill and the covered porches. There are ceiling fans in the vaulted living room and in the master bedroom. There is an AC unit in the other bedroom. When reserved with The Granary, there is a 10% discount on the combined amount due. There is 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The cottage rate is for 1 to 4 guests. Located on the west side of the Jackson River (so is River House), the Granary features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a dining room capable of seating 20 people. There is a free standing wood burning stove in the great room, fully equiped kitchen, AC, DirecTV, a small covered porch upstairs, a large deck downstairs and charcoal grill. There are 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa bed in the cozy nook, and 1 roll away bed. The cottage rate is for 1 to 7 guests.
